Dr. Doug Mateo - Chiropractor
My schooling began by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego. From there, I moved to Kansas City and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College. While in Kansas City, I met my wife, Shawna. We married, and upon graduation from Cleveland Chiropractic College, I opened a private practice in Brewster, New York. We stayed in New York until 2006 and then moved our family to Lenexa. In October of 2006 I opened my private practice in Eudora. In 2008 we were blessed by the birth of our first child, Sophia, followed by Baron in 2010.
Shawnda Stone - Office Manager
Hi I'm Shawnda. I moved to the Eudora area in 2004. Some of my favorite things are spending time with my family & my dogs, drinking coffee in the morning & reading a good book. In 2009, I was approached by Dr. Mateo to come & work for his office. After experiencing chiropractic first hand, I have learned the value of an adjustment. It is truly bigger than back pain. I feel so blessed to be given this gift to work for a place that truly wants to help people.
Erin Wellman- Chiropractic Assistant
Hi! I'm Erin. I'm a mother of 4 & have lived in Eudora for 20 yrs. I love warm, sunny days, crafting & any kind of puzzle. I am glad to have this opportunity to help the community & am continually amazed at how resilient the human body can be with the right chiropractic adjustment.
Jannell Lorenz - Owner/operator Jannell Lorenz, CMT LLC
Jannell is the owner/operator of Jannell Lorenz, CMT LLC, located at Mateo Chiropractic in Eudora. She graduated from Rasmussen College in St Cloud, Minnesota and has been a NCBTMB Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 2011. She is also a member of the American Board of Massage Professionals.
Jannell lives in Eudora with her partner, Brynn and two step-daughters, Paityn and Laikyn. Jannell enjoys spending time in nature with her family, as well as deer hunting and ice fishing when she visits her home state of Minnesota. She is proud to serve such a positive and welcoming community here in Eudora and looks forward to helping her valued clients enjoy more pain-free lives!
